gesundes haus für patienten

leute, ich bekomme vögel. die ignoranz gewisser verwaltungen scheint unendlich zu sein. vor einem monat wurde ich darüber informiert, dass nun die verwaltung doch noch einen brief geschickt haben soll.

der aschenbecher soll anscheinend weg, wow!

heute morgen bin ich wieder dort gewesen und ich sag euch was. der aschenbecher ist immer noch dort.

himmelherrgottnocheinmal...... langsam rege ich mich wirklich auf.

ich bin zwar raucher, aber....

hier in burgdorf werde ich durch raucher, respektive deren entsorgungsbehälter, belästigt.

 

hier ist ein haus, das doch hauptsächlich von ärzten "bewohnt" wird. gut, denkt mensch doch, ärzte, die sollten doch auf gesundheit achten.

ha, grosser irrtum, offenbar ist es nicht möglich, dass hier die verwaltung oder der inhaber gewisse regeln schaffen, die sinnvoll oder logisch sind.

 

cool, wenn du vor dem eingang stehst, springt dir zuallererst ein riesenaschenbecher entgegen, der doch recht voll ist (foto entstand 8.40 morgens).  nach dem eintreten siehts so aus:

 

geit's no? hallo? in welchem film sind wir denn hier überhaupt. dass ich nicht gekotzt habe, ist als kleines wunder zu bezeichnen, kalter, abgestandener rauch im eingangsbereich mehrerer arztpraxen, ich liebe sowas.

wie im titel erwähnt, ich bin ein bekennender raucher, aber was zuviel ist, ist doch zuviel. für mich ist immer noch der nichtraucher derjenige, auf welchen rücksicht genommen werden sollte. und nicht umgekehrt, wie es hier zu sein scheint.

übrigens ist dieser riesenascher nicht seit langer zeit dort, offenbar war es "früher" möglich, dieses problem anders zu lösen. und mehr schreib ich jetzt nicht mehr, sonst rege ich mich nur noch mehr auf....

anfangs dieses jahr war an der aebikreuzung bei uns in burgdorf plötzlich ein wunderbarer schneemann im kreisel!

leider nicht lange, einige waren da wohl betupft ;-)

ha! irgendwie ist das ja kaum möglich, aber als ich letzten sonntag wieder an diesem kindergarten vorbeikam, was sehen da meine augen?
genau, das fenster ist geschlossen! unglaublich, wahnsinn!

 

zwar geschlossen, aber das katzentöri ist komplett offen. irgendwie beruhigt mich das doch ;-)

muss ein unglaublicher zufall sein, ich nehme nicht an, dass dieses blog überhaupt gelesen wird.

pausenplatz und offenes fenster

sonntag für sonntag besuche ich meine mutter und allermeistens laufe ich vom bahnhof süd der bahnlinie entlang richtung lengnau.

seit ewigkeiten sehe ich, wie das fenster am kindergarten ruffini offen ist. sommer wie winter. im sommer ist mir das ja egal, aber wie das energietechnisch für das haus im winter aussieht, das frage ich mich jede woche.
als privatperson lerne ich, dass kurzes kräftiges lüften ideal und schlau ist, und dass das fensteroffenlassen ganz böse ist. diesem kindergarten scheint das egal zu sein. da ist noch ein katzenfenster eingebaut, eventuell ist das ganze ja für die katze?

hallo? in welchem jahr befinden wir uns?

ach.. auf dem schild steht auch noch, dass hier der pausenplatz ist. oh mann.... wenn dort je ein kind gespielt hat.

das geht mir seit ewigen zeiten nicht aus dem kopf, irgendwann mal wusste ich, das muss ich bloggen.
was hiermit geschehen ist.

The purpose of this is only to express the gratitude of we, who called ourselves "quakers" in homage of a great website called Housequake.com.

Since unfortunately we can not post at that website anymore, I thought it could be a good time to post in acknowledgement and gratitude to Aaron, the founder and owner of Housequake. He has made a labour of love during almost 12 years which led to a world class website, as someone called it; a place for interaction, friendship and intelligent discussion. A place where you could speak about your favourite music, and about any other thing, within the respect, and with a quality in the content rarely seen in forums. And also a place with loads of reference information regarding a certain musician and his music.

And all this work was done purely for the love of the music of a certain musician.

Housequake is already being greatly missed. May this humble blog serve to say a huge

also da ich gerade am feeds lesen bin und ich über links auf immer wieder den mike shiva gestossen bin.....

ich find das eigentlich unbegreiflich, dass mensch dem geldmacher noch platz in den medien/blogs einräumt.

ist doch jeder selbst schuld, wenn er sein geld rauswirft. und dass es absolut sinnlos ist, anderen leuten helfen zu wollen, ihr geld nicht sinnlos zum fenster rauszuwerfen, das sollte doch auch bekannt sein.

naja.... das sind wohl die blogger..... geht schon richtig in die richtung celebrity-geilheit.

PRINCE FANS FIGHT BACK AGAINST ATTACKS

In an extraordinary, but not unfamiliar move, the rock legend Prince is using an army of lawyers to launch attacks on his own fans. Several of the largest web communities dedicated to the artist have received notices to cease and desist all use of photographs, images, lyrics, album covers and anything linked to Prince's likeness. It is our belief that these threats are not made in an attempt to enforce valid copyright as Prince alleges in his threats, rather we believe they are attempts to stifle all critical commentary about Prince. We strongly believe that such actions are in violation of the freedom of speech and should not be allowed. Prince claims that fansites are not allowed to present any artwork with Prince's likeness, to the extreme that he has demanded removal of fan's own photographs of their Prince inspired tattoos and their vehicles displaying Prince inspired license plates. Prince's representatives have requested that the fansites provide them with "substantive details of the means by which you [the fansites] propose to compensate our clients [Paisley Park Enterprises, NPG Records and Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG)] for damages..."

The owners of the three largest fansites supporting Prince: www.housequake.com, www.princefams.com and www.prince.org supporting Prince have come together to fight back to what amounts to an injustice to the fansites and the very fans who have supported Prince's career, many since the very beginning nearly thirty years ago.

It is their hope that Prince will reconsider his position and allow these fansites to continue their existence without constant threats from Prince and his attorneys. Should this not be possible, the fansites are fully prepared to defend their position in the proper court of law, as well as fully prosecute any claims to which they are justly entitled.

The owners of housequake.com, princefams.com and prince.org acknowledge that, while Prince is entitled to control of his copyrights, it should be within the law. The law clearly provides for displaying of images of a celebrity's likeness for newsworthy events or matters which are considered to be public interest. All three websites feel that the photographs and/or likeness displayed on their websites clearly fall within the public interest category. Additionally, the use of photographs is legal based on the fair use doctrine, i.e. the displaying of album cover art, or the collage headers created by website members using a variety of different photographs.
